Preparation and Cleanliness

The subject should try to have a bowel movement following by a bath or diligent wash an hour or so before commencing Anal sex. Anal Lubrication

As mentioned the anus is not self lubricating so you will need some form of lubrication. An oil-based lubricants are a great insulator for anal contact. If you are using condoms then select one that is compatible with oil based lubricants and continue to monitor the condition of the condom.
